Transactions associated with the products and services we offer shall be deemed to have occurred in Fukuoka, Japan. All transactions as well as these terms of sale are governed by the laws of Japan.
We will make all reasonable efforts by discussions in good faith to resolve any dispute that may arise regarding the sale of the products and services we offer. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved by discussions in good faith, the Fukuoka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
