Kiseki (drypoint etching by Yaemi Shigyo)
Kiseki

Drypoint etching, 200×300, December 2015

The word ‘kiseki’ in Japanese is a homonym meaning both ‘tracks’ and ‘miracle’. (The ideograms are different.) We think Kuro and Hachitaro might have had the same mother, but we adopted them in different years. At first they were awkward with each other, but now it is natural for them to be together.
